All submissions are reviewed by MIASF staff before any changes are made. Submitting this form does not automatically update the directory. MIASF may contact the submitter if additional information or verification is needed.

Please note that company name changes cannot be submitted through this form. If your company has changed names due to a rebrand, merger, acquisition, or ownership change, please contact MIASF directly.
