Michelle is the Director of Marine, Aviation & Compliance at Compass Logistics & Marine LLC, a dedicated MIASF Anchor Member, and serves on the Board of Directors and Membership Committee. Michelle has over 38 years of experience in complex U.S. Customs matters, as well as specializing in FTZ marinas, Boat Show Bonds, and Temporary Imports. As Director at CLM, she has led FTZ marina expansion and developed streamlined logistics for global vessel spares. Michelle also supports maritime policy by joining the Marine Industries Association of South Florida (MIASF) in Washington, D.C., advocating directly with lawmakers on key industry issues.
